Directions:
Sleep Ritual Body Oil: Warm the oil in the hands. Apply in gentle sweeping motions to encourage sleep or massage into skin in small circles until absorbed. Vegetarian and Vegan friendly.
Foot Soak: Add a generous amount to a foot bath. Soak both feet for 20 minutes. Dry feet thoroughly.
Pillow Spray: Spray liberally onto the pillow, lie back and enjoy the faint and relaxing smell of lavender.
