How do I use the 3 steps?

The cleanser is your shampoo, so gently massage it onto your scalp and rinse.
The Scalp Revitalizer is your conditioner, which you should apply to the entire scalp and hair and leave on for 1-3 minutes before rinsing. The scalp treatment is your leave-in, to be used on towel-dried hair and applied directly onto your scalp. Do not rinse off.
